He will have an easy time laying off at #4

Jerry Jones hates being wrong and he basically told everyone that Tony Romo is a franchise QB to build around.

He thinks they're SB contenders when healthy. I just don't see him spending a top 5 pick on a position he already has a high $ starter in when he can add a player to help the defense or offense under that QB and try to win now.

Let's not forget Jerry isn't a spring chicken. I'm sure he's looking to win now.

Get your Jake Locker comparisons handy for Carson Wentz

Think Wentz may be what people wanted Locker to be. Size, athleticism, big arm. He'll make some wow throws, also some head scratchers

The hype for Wentz is real, he'll likely go to the Senior Bowl, everyone will see the size/arm in person, and love him

Wentz's arm is for real, would love to see him in a vertical offense. He can make plays with his legs. A lot to like. But, consistency is ?

Still watching more of Wentz, but those are my initial impressions

Jake Locker? I don't see the comparison at all. I thought Locker looked like garbage coming out, and he was. Wentz may fail but I don't see the comparison.

God I hope not! We already have one Jake Locker on the squad!

Wentz is a souped up version of Alex Smith to me. Bigger and stronger arm, but very smart and athletic like Smith. https://twitter.com/sbruss81/status/689288232920576000 …

I liked Wentz's tools on film. But, so far, he's been even more impressive in person. Ball explodes off his hand. Easy mover at 6-6. Touch.

Don't buy the narrative that Wentz is going to fly up draft boards. He's already there. Several top personnel guys have him as top QB.

I'm saying he's in the conversation to be the 1st qb taken...if he checks all the intangible boxes- watch out ! https://twitter.com/habeenz/status/685883478504812545 …
I like this guys potential out of the top 3 qbs, he is my second favorite behind goff. I would be happy with either or.
Wentz is the real deal. 6'6 235 lbs with a cannon for an arm and good athleticism (drools). But most importantly, he's a 4.0 GPA student who won the FCS Academic Athlete of the Year Award, and he's a huge a football junkie. Kid supposedly lives in the film room and wants to be great. You can't teach that. High-character guy who coaches will love. This guy is my top choice if he's available. He just so happens to have the highest ceiling of all the QB's too.

I think they sign Manziel aka Kid Shaleen
