RB Leonard Fournette

I agree BUT im worried that he flopped against an NFL caliber defensive unit in Alabama. But then again, I don't like Watson BUT he looked like Brady out there in a superbowl...

Well, Freeman did get over 1,000 yards, but Coleman only had over 500 yards.

And what rounds were they drafted in??

That is not the point. You cannot possibly compare Freeman or Coleman to Fournette.

When we talk Fournette, we are talking Adrian Peterson and Beast Mode territory. In other words, creame de la creame top notch game-changing power back territory. We are talking about the type of back that can single-handedly carry the team and win games for you.

I am just totally gob-smacked that as a fan (not me personally obviously) of a team who has been repeatedly raped without fail in every game by the infamous bell cow tailback nicknamed Beast Mode wouldn't appreciate the unfair advantage of having such a powerful weapon on your offense. Just stunning, absolutely incredible!!

Imagine the advantage in the fourth quarter, wearing down teams.
I think that the narrative that running backs can be found anywhere in the draft is kind of interesting for Niner fans considering that we have never had a good starting running back picked below pick #65 (Gore) that I can remember. Garner, Hyde, Craig, Hearst, Watters. You can also add Rathman and William Floyd to that. Overall your better players are drafted higher.

Would Frank Gore be worth pick #2 in a re-draft? Aaron Rogers would probably go #1 and Gore would go #2.

Food for thought...
I just have this bad feeling that if we pass on this dude, Seattle will trade everything to move up and draft this guy, and we'll have to face him twice a year. Seattle needs another beast mode back and he fits very well in that system to take the pressure away from Wilson. Same as when Lynch played for them. Nobody is scared of Rawls or Prosise.

They very well might go 1 and 2.

In a re-draft where would Trent Richardson and Sam Bradford go?

There's really no guarantee no matter who you take and when.

All you're really trying to do is weight the odds in your favour and trust your scouts/systems/players/coaches etc

I really can't see that happening. The only chance Seattle has is if Fournette slides badly which surely won't happen.

Imagine at the 5 yard line with 5 secs to go, we need a TD to win the Super Bowl, Fournette is the guy for the job. Fournette is the type of game-changer who will guarantee he will get it done.

Remember how we couldn't get it done in 2012? If we had Fournette, we could have pounded it in no sweat!! Casino blitz my as*!! Not even Ray Lewis could have done anything about it.

Seattle would love to get their hands on Fournette of course. But, it might be too much for them to trade up. However, since we all know Pete Carroll don't care about character issues, he could well go after Mixon.

That is why it is imperative we upgrade our run game to counter them. Once we can form our Golden Triangle of backs of Fournette, Hyde and Juice, we will be able to dish it back to the Seachickens and pay them back for years of abuse from Beast Mode.

Draft this guy and we immediately have a star and possibly the best player on our roster. Just do it

That's a very good point, Fournette could well become the best player on the 9ers roster.

At present, most people say Hyde is the best player on our team and Fournette is easily better than him.

If Bow didn't have the injury, he would have been the best player of course, but not anymore, he is a shell of himself.

Not a prediction but I feel the Star of the offense is going to be the pass game.

I think it will be both as Kyle will be fielding a much more balanced attack between the pass and run game.

Hey folks, remember this guy? Brings back some painful memories, doesn't it?

Do you see any similarities between him and the guy below?

May be is time for some pay back perhaps? If you want to make it happen, we need to draft Leonard Fournette.

You will be rewarded with priceless action footage of how we are going to pound that Seachickens' D into a pulp.

Even if we are not ready to win this year, we will at least embarrass the hell out of the Seachickens' run D.
