Not sure if posted, but according to RavensInsider(Aaron Wilson) on Twitter, we gave Dylan Thompson a $5K bonus, and guaranteed $15K of his 2015 base salary.

Probably will wind up being the team's #3 QB this year.

what happened to Terry Williams, NT, ECU? I thought he looked like a pretty good prospect but I don't think any team picked him up

Does anyone know where Xavier Williams from Northern Iowa went as a UDFA? I was hoping for him in the draft.

i'm interested in this 6'6 WR
I really like Dres Anderson, Darius Davis and DeAndrew White. All three WRs are intriguing to me. Darius Davis because he returns punts and just dominated at Henderson State, which he better have to get an invite from an NFL team. His competition was really very slow from what I hear but maybe after a year on the PS he possibly could turn into something. I'm not expecting a lot from him but he supposedly has some skills that may translate to the NFL. DeAndrew White has been banged up throughout his college career and already experienced one major knee injury. He averaged 16 yards a catch the year after the injury and looks good with the ball in his hands. They say though he lost a step since the knee injury but is still very quick underneath and on the intermediate routes. He also played opposite Cooper and still put up some decent numbers but benefited from a lot of single coverage. Maybe if he continues to develop we may have something or perhaps he can return kicks to start. Like with Davis I'm not expecting a whole lot. The one guy I am excited about is Dres Anderson and I think he may have an outside shot at making the roster. It is the one position on the roster if someone shows a lot in practice and during the preseason they could have a chance to win a spot. He showed NFL traits in college and has good size and speed. You also have to love the pedigree. If they decide to keep 6 WRs I think he has a shot. Playing on STs would obviously increase his chances.
Not sure why everyone is so down on Simpson. He has a lot of speed and athleticism and he's been productive every place he has been and not with the best QB play. Dalton and whoever was QBing the Vikings. I know he's a knucklehead off the field but I don't think he's a bubble guy and for one of these UDFAs to take Patton or Ellington's job they are going to have to have a Victor Cruz preseason and with Gabbert taking most of the snaps how likely is that to happen? How do you get a good read on these guys when the QB play of Gabbert is so atrocious? Hopefully Thompson can come in and be serviceable so we can see what these undrafted guys can do. I would hate for them to let a guy like Dres Anderson go without a proper evaluation but if he can play STs and have a decent preseason maybe they keep an extra WR. I saw in an earlier post somebody really like Miller. The problem with Miller is for somebody his size to put up only 17 reps on the bench press is pretty weak. He's going to get thrown around. Maybe he can get stronger but is somebody who plays on the OL he will need to get a lot stronger. Is he worth waiting for, 17 reps for an OL is embarrassing. Those are WR numbers. A safety may overpower him.
Seems like we signed some accomplished WRs. Are all of the WR signings an indictment of Patton and Ellington? Or is Ellington just being groomed as a PR/KR?

Still, no ILBs tho? Strange.

Signed a free agent contract with Arizona.

Miller has 35 inch arms. Those are crazy long. Does he need to gain strength? Absolutely, but he has time to do that if he were on the PS. He has the frame to carry more weight. Trenton Brown, who's 6'8/355 only did 20 reps. Have to put into context arm length=more difficult to put up many reps.

Plus, when was bench press an accurate measure of field strength? 17 reps isn't very good and I am sure he needs NFL quality strength and conditioning coaching, but let's not get carried away with the numbers. The strength needed to make a block comes from every muscle group in the body.
