Another good RB prospect. He has some starter qualities, but there are flaws in his game that would prevent him from being a starter-caliber back in the NFL until corrected. Davis has talent, but one of the biggest issues it seems is the perception that he is content to do just enough to get by, or does some things "halfway", so to speak. Davis can be good, but he'll need to shore up his weaknesses and make sure he puts forth an NFL-caliber work ethic and attention to detail to take his game to a higher level.

Yeah he was pretty average last year, but the year before he looked amazing til he got hurt in the Missouri game and just didn't seem to right after that. Was expecting way more from him this year and he disappointed.

He reportedly got hurt again early this season and was not himself while battling through whatever injuries he had. Though it sometimes depends what kind of injury it is, some teams will grade you a tick lower if they feel your performance will suffer that much due to an injury. It gives the idea of a lower pain tolerance and questions of whether or not you can cut it with the increased physicality of the NFL game.

Davis is knocked for his conditioning and he's going to get hurt a lot more in the NFL if he doesn't take care of the body better.

per Matt Waldmann of football guys, only %6 of players actually get drafted by teams they visited, whereas players that got visits during the combine were drafted almost at a %30 percent rate. I thought that was interesting, noting that we met with phillip dorsett, and a few others

That doesn't seem even remotely close to reality does it? Especially for us.
If I were in trents seat, I would be looking to avoid too much risk this year and go with safer picks. Meaning guys that have produced at elite levels and have a consensus of critics that agree with their ability.

Marcus peters, trey Wayne's, or a top OL or DL at 15 then going for strong, Dorsett, or w/e WR in the 2nd.

Trading for cooper is the right move. He will be the best reciever. But, it's going to cost Way too much to grab him unless he falls for some reason.

Please, Trent...no AJ or kente an balmer...leave the no names and unknowns for later rounds

Yeah if he gets his body conditioned I think he could be a later round steal. Reminds me of an Alfred Morris/Ray Rice blend. He's an underrated receiving threat too.
