Swap first round picks with the Raiders if Harbaugh gets traded there

If Harbaugh gets traded to the Raiders, swapping first rounders and drafting Amari Cooper or Leonard Williams would be possible. Raiders are currently picking in the 5th range, we are picking in the 15th range. Any opinions?

* Edit. I included Leonard Williams as another option along with Amari Cooper as two major needs.

I'd prefer to trade away Holmgren.

What do you think of my proposal?
Cooper looks like Crabtree 2.0 to me. The only guy I'd take towards the top of the first is Leonard Williams.
If that would happen and we had a top 5 pick I'd trade down and pick up some extra 2nd(s) and/or 3rd(s) if the opportunity was there. A 1st next year of course would be even better but we have enough holes that we can use the extra 2nds and 3rds and not go for the home run. Could use any of the following in the first 3 rounds: WR, TE, OL, DL, QB, RB (if no Gore), OLB (if Brooks traded, Skuta/Lemonier gone?)

I wouldn't hate the idea of going for a home run either but the way we use our WR's why bother? Better off trading for a Boldin/Johnson vet for a 4th-6th. Guys like Beckham, Evans, etc would have probably had 200 yards and a td or 2 with us. Probably would have spent half the season on the bench.

Truth be told, if we got that high up in the draft, I'm with you on this one. I don't think receiver is the way to go as bad as we need one. Leonard Williams would be the guy. I'd go for a receiver in the second round.

Even though I'm with you on the Leonard Williams pick, how did you come up with that assessment of Amari Cooper?

Because he hasn't seen cooper play. Cooper would be a great choice, if we got the raiders 1st pick I wonder if we could then trade it back a bit and get more picks

I would prefer to keep Harbaugh. But if he is going, it would give us a great pick. And if you are going to draft that high it has to be a QB, a receiver or a pass rusher.

Looks like we would draft mid pack, as a 1-2 finish looks highly likely. Go from there to second where the raiders draft is going to cost you at least another first rounder and probably Harbaugh (worth a third?). I don't see anybody in the draft worth that kind of risk. From O.J. Simpson (vet), to Herschel Walker (vet) to RG3 (draft pick) teams that give up multiple high picks for one player or a high pick rarely get the return they were looking for.
1st of all Harbaugh will NOT BE TRADED. Everyone knows he will be fired at the end of the season. No one will give up anything for him. Although Raiders are dumb, but if anything it would be a 3rd or 4th round pick at the most.

And i dont want Cooper. He is average in size and speed. We have 12 of those WRs already. We need a tall player like Evans, Benjamin etc from last season.

It just takes 2 teams to want someone to give them value, pretty sure at least two or more teams would be interested in Harbaugh if we say he is available.
I would take offensive and/or defensive lineman in the first round. Winning starts up front.
If this happens we've got to take Leonard Williams. That guy is Cowboy's replacement. Cooper would be a good option too
