you don't want Halliday, that dude's a mess off the field. He loves popping molly.

Oh no, sue me.
I don't take advice from guys who sling around accusations about college kids like they are candy.

Deion? Is that you?

Yikes ....hate it when talented players piss away their potential on drugs

Whatever it costs?

SF 49ers' biggest need is quarterback?

The 49ers already have Marcus Mariota on the team. He's the guy with a bunch of tattoos.
Anyone think he could be a better long term option than Kap? He's no Andrew Luck, but he's highly regarded for a reason. Is he good enough to warrant even thinking about him in the draft?

Probably pull the trigger on Connor Cook, Brett Hundley, or Dak Prescott, FFS. May as well. Rookie QBs would be cheaper contracts than some good backup vet.. and you have a prayer of developing them into something.

Don't think we can be trading up into the top 10 for Mariota though...

That's a pretty low bar, but sure; he could be better. That said, the Niners need to avoid this guy like the plague.

No more gimmicky, running college QBs. Every time there's an amazing college QB like that, the position is suddenly "evolving." Then they get to the NFL and look good in short streaks, but the league always figures 'em out; and they end up sucking.

Nooooooo thank you to Mariota.
lol you all will never learn....these Hybrid type QB's are not working out in the NFL.

Hell yes!!!!

True pocket passer!!! I'd love to see a Hawaii kid as a 49ers QB no doubt, but dammmm what I would sacrifice to have Mannion as the QB!!!!

Mariota is now a very small possibility, compared to no chance at all. Trade Harbaugh to the Raiders for their first pick, draft Mariota, hire the Oregon coach to run Kelly's offense, trade Kap to the Jets for their first pick, use that pick for either Amari Cooper or Kevin White and use our first round pick on Melvin Gordon or Coleman. BOOM. OFFENSIVE EXPLOSION ORGY!!!

I don't think this is possible but I'd do it if it was
