How many of you are afraid no major coaching changes will take place so draft selections won't matter?

Some change will happen, the front office won't let the status quo remain.
Now whether that is GOOD change...well, that remains to be seen, I don't know that the offense could get much worse....but there's certainly that possibility.

A lot changes from 1 year to the next. We had the deepest team coming into this year with multiple extra draft picks. Now it looks like we have a need at nearly every position.
Offense
QB - we 100% need at least a back up QB.
RB - Hunter should be back next year. Him and Hyde should handle the load
WR - Big need
TE - even Bigger need
O-Line - Maybe the biggest need
Defense
D-Line - Assuming Cowboy retires, we will need some depth
LB - Brooks is gone, we will have Lynch, Bowman, Willis and Aldon. Need depth as Lemonier no one likes
CB - lots of injuries this season. need better players
S - I actually dont mind Reid and Bethea. Of course should 1 or both get hurt were screwed.
Dawson - He is approaching 100 yrs old now. Kicker also a draft need.
