i'll say it like this: in general, you don't want your o-linemen running as fast as other positions because it usually means the guy has runner's hips. you want guys with a big, wide, muscular bubble like an ox; that gives you short-area power. you can't anchor without that.
look at the two narrow-hipped speedsters from last year; they struggle now with power because they're too light in the butt.
what you need to look for is a guy with a reasonably fast 10 yd time and a big, water buffalo butt.
