Mike Nolan and Mike Singletary couldn't. That doesn't mean no one could. Andy Reid turned the guy into a Pro Bowler.

We couldn't sustain the talent we had.

How many coaches win off of the previous gm's rosters left behind? So because the previous gm left us with talent, the new gm could sit back and do nothing.

What are you talking sustain the talent we had? Our roster was solid for 90% of the time he was there...not until 15 people went on IR half way thru 2014 did we see depth issues...

Plenty. Sean McVay took the same unit with some FA additions to the playoffs that was dreadful the year before under Jeff Fisher. New coaches make differences all the time.

He still turned Alex Smith around thus where I give him credit. The most important position, he turned it around for us.

No one else did it. That position was a mystery for years since we drafted him.. That's not bias that's what he did for us..

People forget the feeling. We were lost at that position for years..

No way, He isn't the only coach but we f**ked him over, which was not cool. Call him an a*****e. Whatever but he wanted us to win and if we were to at least give him a chance he would have corrected his mistakes like inyear 4 of Standford and year 4 of Michigan. He showed he is capable of change.

Me respecting and remember those 9 years and when he came and made him into a halfway decent Qb. I was thrilled under a lockout... Is not the same as bias.

People around here bash him left and right. If they didn't, I wouldn't be so defensive.

That dude did alot for us. Me respecting what he did and remembering those dark days sucked and is not the same as bias.

Well now Kyle has Jimmy looking like the best qb 9ers have had since Steve Young in less than 2 months of practice. Should be focusing on that.

I'm not banging on the table for a pass rusher for nada. There's a method to the madness.

Kyle was my first choice and I still give Lynch respect but the roster was decimated thus Kyle and Lynch cleaning house, I loved it , doesn't mean we can throw shots at a dude who gave us bright days during 9 years of darkness either..

That man deserves respect.

Im criticizing him not bashing him...he wasn't as perfect as you keep throwing out there. He did a lot of great stuff but he had his issues as well. Some of which played a part in a lost SB and him still not being here.

Looking at someone objectively, flaws and all, isn't taking shots. He was a very good coach for us.

Bellicheck has flaws. Been out coached in 3 SBs. Not a lack of respect to see things objectively.

Kyle will also have his flaws.

C'mon NY half of this webzone cannot stand Harbaugh.. If he would have a gm that worked with him and not against him. We would have our 6th ring by now and I truly believe that..
