If we can trade back into the second round by giving up our 1st and getting a high second in the first ten picks with a 4th that would be nice.

I wouldn't be shocked at all. Especially if it is only going up say five spots or so to get a WR or OL player who is highly regarded but who has slipped because of how the draft fell. That would only cost us a 3rd or 4th rounder depending on how far we are talking.
