Yeap. Odds are he's gonna be a Cleveland Brown.

nah hes gonna be a redskin

This. The Browns are decent.

But the Browns have mad picks to trade up with now.

If the Panthers finish in last again, the Browns will trade all those picks to get Luck.

they have the falcons first which should be near the end and they themselves i doubt they get a top 5 pick (maybe just outside top 5 ) even if carolina is willing to trade and even if they get 1st overall im sure they will trade to a team like washington broncos or someone who will be in the top 5 that way they get a top 5 pick along with a pick in the mid 3-'s maybe only 4-5 picks from where the falcons first pick would be

If Colt McCoy takes that next step forward in his development they won't. Instead I see them bolstering the roster with talent elsewhere (likely on D).

Miami, Buffalo or Washington are 3 likely teams that could end up with top 10 picks and a long term QB need.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh.

Luck threads!

No is the answer. What was the question?

I don't think Carolina will finish last because they will actually try to win those meaningless games at the end of the year. New coach, new qb the team's not going to quit. Kinda like us and Nolan's 1st year.

The first pick in the draft will be Andrew Luck and nobody will be able to trade up to get him unless Luck says I don't want to play for that team.

If it is the supplemental draft, I believe this year's draft order would determine who would get Luck, so Carolina would get him if they submitted next year's first. It would put Carolina in an interesting situation, though. They just spent first overall to get Cam Newton. Luck in this scenario could be considering how he could avoid going to Carolina, and supplemental draft would be one way of doing it, however, since Carolina has not signed Newton, I could easily see them grabbing Luck anyway, and then trying to trade Newton.

Of course this scenario isn't going to happen, but it is fun to think about hypotheticals. (:

A guy should not be allowed to get round the draft, unlike all the other players, just because he is perceived to be the best. It subverts the whole point of the draft.
Yes he can come out via supplemental. It use to be that as long as the player graduates before hand. Now since underclassmen are allowed to enter, not sure for the supp if he has to grad or if he can just declare, but then the NFL might ask why he didn't declare earlier.

Mute point cause his father wanted his son to return for several reasons, to avoid the panthers and because of the CBA, dad Oliver felt his son would learn more by playing than by sitting on the bench especially since TC and preseason was going to be non existant pretty much. especially since I believe dad had been through himself.

We have about a 1 in 32 chance of getting Luck, perhaps slighty higher but not by much.
