In my opinion, trading back is the only scenario that would entail the Niners drafting a QB with their first pick.
Obviously, if Harbaugh disagrees, I'll defer to his better judgement.

This draft has no top 7 QB available (Newton/Gabbert/Locker/Ponder/Kap/Dalton/Mallet) as our 2nd round pick. I think their will be a run on QBs, like above, I think waiting for our 2nd pick to draft a QB is a loser strategy.
