i think the problem is more weapons Purdy held the ball for a long time this year waiting for people to be open our OL had a high pass block win rate in the playoffs against seahawks it was nearly 4 seconds for the season it was 3.14 seconds which was ranked in top 5

We need some more weapons and more speed

Yes. And I have no doubt that we will have several shots at sorting this one, both at FA and in the draft.

Trade Mac Jones, this years first and anything other than a first in 2027 for Crosby.

A no brainer if raiders would accept, imo

Id have to imagine Kubiak would like Jones. Then they could trade pick 1 for an absolute haul...wind up still get the top OL in the draft this year, and then even at 27 should be a good interior OL. And then theyll be loaded with picks next year too. Could quickly turn things around in 2 off seasons if Kubi-Mac can work magic.

Easy to make OL a strength if they prioritize it and pick the right players. Plenty of picks in the remaining rounds to add more weapons to Jeanty and Bowers, and then next year should have two high picks again to get some stud defenders

I would seriously give up Ayuke and Mac Jones. This years #27 and a 3 rounder next year that could end up becoming a 2nd.

Isn't a top 15 -20 QB worth as much as a 29 year old 'great' DE ?
What starting QB would you trade, straight up, for Crosby and be a fair trade for both teams ? Would the QB have to be in the top 10 ?

Yes, Crosby would be worth more than Mac Jones as the raiders see it. They have the leverage somebody is going to have to blow them away to get him. The only thing working in other teams favors is his health history.
