Put IOL with your primary needs. Tomlinson is a FA, Mack has been subpar and Brunskill is inadequate at RG.

I think Laken might be happy to stay as long as we offer a competitive deal. Mack is only getting older, and Brunskill is best as the 6th or 7th man on the OL. I vote to sign center in FA and draft another guard, but we'll see with Mack's contract and Aaron Banks

Wonder what the price tag would be for Run CMC? He's been getting hurt a lot maybe Panthers would bail on him? Would look great in our jersey and Lynch loves the Stanford guys. Probably a pipe dream.

Lol last thing this team needs is a rb especially giving up picks and taking that salary. This isn't madden

But what about an injury prone running back?

Hey it definitely is awesome to think what a talented player like CMC would do in this scheme when healthy, I agree lol but now back to reality.

Yep pretty much everything but LT is locked up for 2022. I would like to assume that Laken is going to be a 49er in 2022 but of course isnt set in stone. Mack for sure can be upgraded but isnt as big of a priority to as RT and RG. Seeing Ambry coming into his own makes me have hope for Banks so I wont count him out. I think Moore and Banks will battle it out for RG. But for sure we need to find a way to get rid of McGlinchey and his cap hit, and then draft a RT in the 2nd round. Tender Brunskill and bring back Compton on a veteran deal to backup all the spots.

We gotta be able to get something out of Banks next year plain and simple. I think Moore can take over at RT

That's what I, and I assume the team, is banking on...especially if Mike McG can't get healthy
I want Jakeem Grant. We need a return guy and another player who can fly in open space.

he would be another nice addition...our special teams returns are just awful

I also did list CJ Henderson. Also there were a ton more options at the time besides Gilmore. You may be a numbers guy AB, but you can't tell me there wasn't better options.

I started to name CJ, but apparently, he was traded partially due to him being unhealthy. But I agree. Plenty of guys were out there.

ST in general has been awful we have to look at some UDFA for ST. Im ok with moving on from Gould if we can find a good kicker.

I agree. Banks was drafted high and we traded up to get him. I would assume he will get every opportunity to win that RG.I also like the ideas you mentioned after. We will also extend our own players that we would like to keep, so most likely we sign from the second tier group of FA and on to the draft.
I see us adding Beathard, Mullens or Rosen

Yeah, I think we got some great backups in Brunskill and Compton, good developmental rookies, the cap space to take a swing on a mid-level starter. The only thing is getting McGlinchey off the books. Im completely done with him and that $10M in cap space would be best served on signing someone else. I feel like we may even have t to "Brock Osweiler" him and give someone a late round pick to take him off our hands. Id be down either way.

Free agency is for clubs that don't know how to fish. I mean draft.

FA is for the desperate teams willing to,overpay players who don't deserve it, or get labeled Off-season Champs, I prefer low risk, high reward signings over fancy signings that don't work out.

We have a better version in Debbo IMO.

Plenty? How many got traded? Besides CJ & GILMORE, who I did a whole thing on why it wasn't possible, same with Julio, no other CB got dealt, Dantzler was rumored but the Vikes weren't giving him up. There weren't plenty available to trade for.
