Colts and Mack have mutually agreed to seek a trade, Has one year left on deal and is fully healthy coming off ACL tear last year.

Should the Niners take a chance on him given the thin depth at RB this season??

If anything the 49ers need to trade for a CB and fix the secondary first. Give New England what they want or close to for Stephon Gilmore or trade for a CB period!!!

I had him on my list of RBs to trade for. Coming off an ACL so we would definitely need to have a void clause if his health isnt 100%. But overall, this is solid. Had some pretty good games but was always in crowded backfields.
Give them a 5th or 6th rounder and call it a day.

Pass, we don't need anymore injured players.

This. Gillmore will be healthy soon and he was DPOY in 2019 on a Pats team with little pass rush. Imagine him here with our front 7. He will most likely be too expensive even though I know we could get him for a second or third rounder.
If we are going to trade draft picks we need to look into the CB position 1st. I still think we should look into trading for Gilmore, Even though he can't help us until after the bye week because he is on the pup list. I don't see the Pats re-signing him and they aren't contenders, So no reason to hold onto him.
Insane that he's just 25 lol

I really want to see Kerryon Johnson perform before any trade honestly

He would definitely make me stop whining for Richard Sherman!!!

I just can't see it happening, realistically. 49ers do not have the cap space (that I know of) or draft capital to make this trade. Unless of course they would take a 2nd round pick plus a player, maybe Moseley or Jimmie Ward, maybe even Jaquiski Tartt. 49ers could always pluck Ha Ha Clinton Dix off the Raiders practice squad.

This secondary isn't that bad to be honest, but I don't think it's good enough to take the 9ers NFC Championship, especially if every other CB keeps getting injured. They need to fix or patch the secondary ASAP!!!!
