WE shoulda signed FOURNETTE as I suggest last year.. he woulda been BO JACKSON here..

Dude can't catch though. Maybe not the right fit.

He's not a RICKY WATTERS or MARSHALL FAULK type of pass catcher, but he's hands are pretty good enough like Emmitt Smith or even any of our RBs... but he woulda been an awesome runner here..
I had him on my fantasy team like a year ago or two...
This guy fits the Mostert/Mitchel mold.

Very good signing in my opinion
hes another guy who injuries derailed his career. i like the signing though he showed out when healthy. I dont mind getting him despite the injury because the pros far outweigh the cons which costs the team almost nothing.

His running style fits perfectly with what KS does

It may take a year to get back on the field from an ACL, but another year to gain 100% strength and confidence back in the knee. Hopefully this can be the case for KJ (ACL in 2019). He has some runs where he looks like a big back, I thought he was 6'1 or 6'2 from his highlights.
When you start looking around, it seems like nearly all the top backs have had injuries severe enough to keep them out for extended time. Barkley, Peterson, McCaffery and on and on.

Yeah, the doghouse narrative is getting out of hand.

It has been proven repeatedly this Shanahan zone blocking system can make any decent RB look amazing

Just keep adding UDFA or late round RBs with speed

The one loss we can't afford is RB Coach Bobby Taylor

Schefter: "49ers RB Coach Bobby Taylor has reportedly torn his ACL. Out for season."

Good thing we still have Bobby Turner. He's a much better coach than that Bobby Taylor guy.
KJ was a very good back with Detroit. Shift and great out of the backfield. Perfect for shannys O. a poor mans reggie bush

I'm down with that. Two years removed from a major knee injury, he should be feeling confident in his knee again.

So tomorrow it's gonna be:

Trey Sermon
Trenton Cannon - Special Teams
Jacques Patrick
Kerryon Jonson

I was thinking Chris Thompson would have been signed to the active roster since he's somewhat familiar with the playbook. Maybe Thompson isn't in football shape yet, I'm gonna assume.
I remember watching this dude at Auburn. He was like a poor man's Marcus Lattimore.

As with all RBs with the requisite traits in this system, I wouldn't be surprised if plays well(if he even plays).
