Yes please. 32 years old shouldn't be commanding a sizeable multiyear deal. Proven and instantly fills the nickel edge role opposite Bosa.
edit: he has one year remaining on his current deal with a $14 cap hit.

He's cut, that $14M is gone he's a FA. I'm guessing he gets about half that this yr.
1 yr $7M, maybe a little less with some good incentives.

The #Raiders are releasing DB Lamarcus Joyner, source said. He was set to make $9.95M and in this cap environment, that was tough to make sense of. Another starter available in FA.
