IF (and I repeat IF) we don't see enough progression for Jimmy this year...with a healthy and stronger team coming back next year why not go with a Matt Ryan - who we all know was MVP form in Shanny's offense - while drafting a QB or 2 to groom behind the scenes while we get 2 years from Matt Ryan....again this is only IF we don't see progression for Jimmy....

How about Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley! Deebo and Aiyuk would be 3rd on that team. Ryan is great at prevent garbage yards and he can't do jack s**t for tds against some of these horrendous defenses.

He is so bad under pressure. Much worse than Jimmy G. But hey, at least he can hit WIDE open throws to Julio and Calvin.

Ryan would be close to benched on the niners

When McDaniels is hired as ATLs head coach maybe we could trade Jimmy G for Matt Ryan, the restructure Matt's contract by adding a year and lessen the cap hit

Falcons need to go for an offensive coach. They got burned when Shanahan left for us, exposing Quinn's inability to adapt.

I'd love for Raheem to join the 49ers coaching staff. Make him our new DB coach/Asst. HC title. Shanahan already has ties with him. And bring Ulbrich along with him.

Washed up.

We are used to seeing some of these QBs still play great until their mid late 30s, but thats not common still. Like most QBs, hes dropped off now that hes old.

He's 3-1 since the fired his HC. With 8 TD's and completing over 72% of his passes. He also currently leads the NFL in passing yards.
