I mean if I were them I would trade Cooper to a WR needy team for a defensive weapon. At 10 overall they will have options at WR or could continue to build that defense.

The problem is his contract is so big that teams can't afford to pay that in a year where the cap is shrinking. His cap hit is $22 Million in 2021. That's alot for a guy who is not a top 5 WR.
Way overpaid.

That's very true, although I could see the Jags or Jets doing it, so they get their new QBs a legit #1 WR. Both teams have a ton of cap space and need a top target.

Also if he was traded he wouldn't count $22 mil against his new teams cap. More like $16 mil. Still a lot but not as bad
