The Seahawks are one of the big losers so far. They freed up all that cap by getting rid of their best players. Just to overspend on their own mediocre players.

Exactly I haven't seen a single person screaming for the 49ers to sign average players to a ceap ton. I see people wanting to spend Jimmy's cap on a starting CB which are signing at nearly half his salary
