Indeed but teams like Seattle, New Orleans, Kansas City and Indy also have major needs at edge rusher. Just depends on how much they like him and the Patriots also have a history of adding vets late in the season.

That is a really good question. I don't know how often that claimed player stipulation resets. Seattle could very well be behind the 49ers.
