No way is a safety worth that much in a trade.
Still blows my mind the Bengals are holding on to AJ Green.

They better have a promise from him and his agent that he'll re-sign or this is a really foolish move.

Nah, they can tag him if not.

Would you do it for Ed Reed? I'd need a safety that can score TDs lol.

Hell Jalen Ramsey wasn't worth the haul the Jags got IMO, you only trade 2 1sts for a QB, LT, or EDGE rusher(premier players).
With Genard Avery being moved from Cleveland, I am now shifting my focus to Justin Simmons as a big off-season acquisition.

Don't really need any DB's at the moment and I don't think Denver would just let him walk. I rather Lynch go for another WR, swing Tackle or depth at LB. After all 49ers have Teez Tabor on the practice squad, not holding my breath but would love to see if he could fit in with this defense.

Simmons would play safety, which immediately becomes a need if Ward gets injured again. I do agree that Denver *should* extend him.

Barring injury, it is hard to see anybody beating out someone on this defense unless it would be Tartt...at least someone that is reasonably available.

49ers should go get Zack Brown.
