NO NO NO...

Shurmur could be telling the truth, as in, KEEP ELI, and draft a young QB that can sit and learn for a year...

PLUS, Shurmur has done NOTHING to be bold enough and say ELI IS NO LONGER NEEDED..

I'm just not the type of person that would force an issue..... I don't see a PASS RUSHER on the 8th spot so I would rather take Devin White to have another Willis or Bowman..

Who do you see as a good pass rusher worth the 8th overall??

BS... he knows they need some trade value leverage. If he says otherwise, teams will wait until he's released. Giants must get something in return.

I'd swap the day 1 picks... If they wanna sweeten the pot- throw in a player of need (WR, DE/PR, OG, DB)..

Not with the Giants.

IMO, the most desperate team for a QB will be the Jags and there isn't any in this draft worth taking at #9.

They would have to take 2 years to develop him and in the meantime their window for a SB would be closing fast.

I could see them offering A LOT for Nick Mullins who is battle tested and ready to go.

[IMO, it won't happen either]

Last i checked there are other teams who they could make a deal with too despite what you are projecting. Or maybe they trade for Flacco.

Interesting call.

IMO, Flaco would fit the Giants well.

2019 cap number is $26,500,000 if I read overthecap correctly. Ravens would have to agree to pay part of that. Giants only have $32M next year. They cannot afford Flacco.
