I wouldn't be shocked if they did indeed sign Norwell but I always felt that guys like Sitton and Burton were more realistic. Good FA's that can fill vital roles but won't break the bank.

Aggressive and prudent signing. Team needed a backup punter badly. Not sure why teams run around with only 1 punter on the roster.

Also, "splash" signing usually have a trickle down effect that results in other salary increases for current players and there you are...salary cap hell.
