FWIW, the #4 pick is close to the value of #12 and #22 that the Bills are holding. Giants at #2 and Colts at #3 likely to pass on a QB.

I think they low key love Rosen and its unlikely that they will be drafting this high anytime soon and Eli is up there in years.
I have a hard time seeing them pick anyone else.

I could see both Chubb and Nelson selected in back-to-back picks in front of the 49ers.
