Injury Notes
Defensive end Nick Bosa and wide receiver Mike Evans missed practice this week, and both were ruled out for Week 7.
Evans is dealing with Achilles tendinitis, which forced him to exit the 49ers' Week 6 game against the Washington Commanders in the second quarter.
Bosa has missed the past four games with a calf injury. Optimism remains that he could return after the 49ers' bye week for their matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who wasn't expected to return for Week 7, didn't practice this week and has been ruled out against the Falcons.
Defensive backs Upton Stout and Siran Neal returned to practice Friday after missing earlier sessions this week.
