Was it wrong for mostly wanting him so bad simply because he looks like he was cast as the 40 y/o murderer in a horror movie?

close this bish up
Welp there went that. Moving on
We could still trade for him. Detroit might be doing the same thing Miami is trying to do with Landry.

If they are attempting to get something for him instead of letting him walk for free, I wonder what the cost would be.
The lions franchised him?

There was just never really a doubt that the Lions would use the franchise tag. Elite pass rushers just are way too hard to find to simply let one walk away

This exactly, I was concerned our desperation was going to force us to overpay for an overrated, injury prone player

What do you mean?

#CandyMan
I mean, it was pretty silly to think a young double digit sacker wouldn't be franchised.
The niners aren't getting Ebola Eyes....

I see why they like him there. His strength has improved, and he's always had impressive getoff and athleticism. He just looks so unnatural rushing the edge. He doesn't string moves together, and he doesn't seem to react AT ALL to what the OT is doing. Ugh. Hopefully those opportunities arrive during TC and PS games, unless he actually shows enough to hunt from the edge during the regular season.
