I'm taking a sure handed, large catch radius ability Jarvis Landry over any of those tall wrs mentioned. We need football players, not statues.

I agree Landry is the top target, but if he gets signed we should focus on a package deal for some of these other players for less money. With 110$ plus in cap room, I'm not worried about signing 5 top free agents. That's after signing Jimmy G, leaving aprox. 89$ million. Even at 15mill a season for all 5 players that's only 75 million.

I heard someone say last week that the Jags aren't going to tag Robinson. At least that's the word on Jacksonville radio.

Some of the biggest catch radius' have been the medium sized, super athletic guys. Landry's radius was specfically mentioned in his draft profile, ODB is widely considered to have the largest radius currently and Chad Johnson's was measured by sport science as the largest they have tested. Chad was 6'1 and ODB and Landry are both 5'11.

I think we are seeing the re emergence of the Jerry Rice, John Taylor Sized WR. It's not about jump balls anymore. It's all about athletic catches, catching everything thrown your way, and using RAC to gain yardage. It's about slants, crossing routes and precise route running with sure hands. Then after all that we psych you out with formations and hit a deep ball to one of our quick average sized to above average size guys that catch everything. Landry is the prototypical guy right now. He's the poor mans Antonio Brown or Hopkins. These types of routes also let Jimmy get the ball out quick taking no sacks just like Brady.

Then I doubt they she'll out the cash for him. Man it would be a huge get to bring him to the Bay!
Doubt they franchise him. If they win it all, they'll be arrogant enough to spend on cheaper pierces and maybe even an upgrade at qb

Their owner said they are sticking long term with Blake
Guy is coming off a down year and and major injury. Seriously doubt he's franchised or receives a big time deal
