Allen Robinson best FA WR

Because Golden Tate isn't even remotely close to being an elite WR. Saying Landry is a little bit better is agreeing with my assessment that he's a really good player but not a game changer.

Plug Landry into the chiefs lineup, then I don't think you'd have much of an argument.
Golden Tate is super consistent in everything he does, that's not a knack on Landry to say Landry is a better version of someone that is super consistent.
Whatever dude. Think whatever you want. I haven't seen a single stat that supports your argument but that's probably because there aren't many.
I'd take the consistent wr over the one who could hit or fall asleep for 3 quarters.
When you understand how the game works, what teams can do and which ones are limited, stats become secondary when comparing players in different situations. Unfortunately for you, you don't grasp the concept differences between what teams like the chiefs and dolphins have to face. One guy is alone vs a unit (and produces) the other guy has all pros at other positions (and produces).
Hills numbers: all pros at multiple positions + good oline

Landry's numbers: no all pros anywhere, garbage oline

Tate is 6th in receptions and 9th in yards over the past four seasons with very consistent seasons. He's a Pro Bowl level WR one step below the truly elite WRs (Julio, Brown ... Etc). He's very good in the redzone and deadly on short to intermediate, cutting routes. Certainly no slouch. Saying someone is a better version of Tate is very high praise.

You act like you're a scout or something. I've seen Landry play just like you have. He's a good player. Stats simply tell the story of what's on the field. You're trying to say he does things that he has NEVER done in his career. He does not atrack the field vertically. That's not his game and that's fine. But the great players can make explosive plays. Landry hasn't done that his whole career. I don't know what you're watching.
Landry can attack the field vertically, nothing proves or suggests that he can't. Get Landry a good offensive scheme and QB, then his already pro bowl caliber numbers blow up even more.

Landry's numbers are from dolphins coaching schemes with the likes of Moore, cutler and tannehill throwing the ball. Don't compare those 3 to Alex smith and Andy Reid please.
Golden Tate, anquan boldin... ballers.

Landry is a quicker version of those two, the dude is worth the $.
Stats don't tell the story of what's on the field if all your basing your argument on his numbers.

Hill would have more receiving yardage because of the all pros surrounding him, where as Landry would have something less in categories because of what his surrounding team lacks. You'd need a handicap like in golf to validate your stat argument.

Lol you realize Adam Gase is a highly regarded offensive mind? And you're talking about Alex Smith like he's a Pro Bowl QB. This was the best year of his career but previously he was always a middle of the road QB of similar quality to Cutler.

And the YPC stats would suggest that explosive plays are not Landry's forte. You're just dismissing his entire career of production and saying your highly trained scout's eye can see something in him that he hasn't shown on the field?

Adam gase had a horrible year, with a horrible quarterback. Regardless of his reputation, the dolphins offense was one of the worst this year. Where's your stat book?
Ypc becomes more valuable than yac how?
