Disagree...give money to a player that doesn't really deserve it? Seriously? Is that how you would run your business? If so....I want to work for you.

No GM was ever fired for spending the owners money. They get fired for losing.

Welcome to Expansionville USA People. Yorked effed up and he eefffed up Bigtime. At least he shoulda gotten rid of Baalke a Long Time ago but for some ungodly reason, he holds onto him Like the Sultan and Jaffar in the movie Aladdin

Cool story, bro.

If you really think Harbaugh didn't want to weasel his way to Michigan, I don't know what to tell you.

Harbaugh wanted a raise and didn't get it from dipshhit York. Harbaugh wanted more control on the roster and didn't get it from dipshhit baalke so a divorce was iminent

There was virtually nothing that would've stopped Harbaugh from going to Michigan. Don't you think he'd be elsewhere in the NFL with that raise and roster control if that's what he really wanted? He could've gotten both elsewhere, but he chose to go to Michigan instead.

That's the biggest load of bull I have heard. Harbaugh always wanted to stay with the 9ers, he wanted an extension, a raise and better control of the roster as Baalke was fxxking it up. In the end he was in effect fired from the 9ers and after that he went with his heart and signed with Michigan.

Matt Barrows ‏@mattbarrows 6m6 minutes ago Alex Boone's new deal w/ Vikings avg's $6.7M a year; deal he tried for in '14 would have avg'd $5M a year thru '17.. http://sacb.ee/5Gs6

Does anybody really know from a solid source whether or not we actually made a competitive bid on a FA who turned it down to elsewhere?

I think I'm starting to believe the theory that between the perception of the FO being fairly inept and Players not being fond of Chip Kelley, it has made the 49ers a place very few want to come to. The Draft may be our only hope and I'm losing confidence in Baalke's drafting prowess.

the niners are never active on day one. never have been. what is so shocking about it? whether it is right or wrong is a matter of everyones opinion. but the fact is that the niners are never very active on day one of free agency and people who are raging angry about it only have themselves to blame in my opinion. for a while i thought maybe they would change things up a bit but that is not the way it is done so you can either kick the cat or just deal with it

Kap trade is going down today. Broncos made it their top option per Mike Silver and Rapoport on NFLN

IDK, last year was certainly an ugly sh!tstorm for Trent in FA, but he usually puts in good work in FA. Last year is just as likely to be proven as an outlier than the new trend. We can still look pretty solid if we land Geoff Schwartz, Casey Hayward, and Nick Perry. We look even better if we gather a meaningful draft pick for Kap and his suddenly super-affordable salary.

We also already had solid talent esp which we don't have now. So balke stradegy of bringing in a second tier free agent work this time around . Mccloghouns drafted players aren't here to help balke thus time around only his injured "steals" are

Jim said in his interview right after he went to Michigan. I didn't quit the 49ers, the 49ers quit me.
I feel so f*cking done. This was such a good chance to make a splash and get some of the fans back onside again. Instead you sign the Eagles 3rd String QB? What even...

All this cap space and the do this. Such 49ers...

Its just shocking bc we legit have very little talent and have a large cap space...u can't keep trying to build thru the draft, u need SOME outside help and can't be cheap a*****es like the yorks...
