Nnamdi Asomugha was a 49er

Yeah, Asomugha is going to be needed Sunday. I think he will match up just fine with a big WR like Nelson. It will be interesting to see how reacts to being tested deep. Late in his Philly term, he was getting beaten on more deep throws than he EVER had before in his career. Asomugha has responded well in camp and brought it in preseason. It will be a damn shame if he loses his spot for good because of this injury.

no matter who is back there playing corner for us,,, the pass rush has to be there. to me that is the biggest key of them all. a good pass rush will make any secondary look good. you let rogers set back there untouched you are asking for trouble,, you let anyone set back there untouched , you are looking for trouble. we let the ravens qb set back there, we asked for trouble and we got it
Is he hurt or injured?????????????

We did erase all scoring drives in the 2nd half from Flacco like I knew we would. He got only 3 points and that was courtesy of Boldin stiff arming his way to a 40+ yard gain. The ST KR is what saved the game for the Ravens because I knew we would eventually start clicking offensively and that it would be an onslaught. When Ravens got that KR I was like Oh no this is a dagger because I felt the Ravens had scored enough cheap jump ball points as it were

I can see packers testing him deep early. He might have trouble keeping up with Jordy.

Not if it's bump and run. Nnamdi is one of the best cover corners if it is bump and run.

Jordy gonna be limping because Nnamdi plays very physical. Nelson better be healthy because he will take a pounding
Nnamdi will most definitely be tested deep and I love it. No better way to see where he's at than going up against the GB WRs and of course Aaron Rodgers. I feel like he will play very well and may even come up with a pick.

I tend to agree but not sure if its just the koolaid talking.
I'm so glad we got Nmandi after the Cully injury we would otherwise be screwed. I think with Brown, Rodgers and Nmandi we should be able to matchup well with anyone.. Now it's up to the pass rush to do their job and whittner n Reid to hold their ground and we b lookin good
