Does somebody have a full list of all the "incidents" with this guy? There has got to be 5 - 10 by now....

My understanding is even if the team suspended Aldon, the NFL can still step in later and suspend him again if they think the team's punishment is not enough. Is this correct?

Correct. They may or may not punish him further.

He also had the bar incident...I think it was a fight? cant remember.
Also wasnt he a passanger in a car with a friend that wrecked it?
