Sidney Rice please. If we get him and Nnamdi I would jump through the roof.

Yup. Then I think Malcolm Floyd would be next, sure wouldn't mind having a big receiver on our squad for a change.

Aside from a few of those guys who would mainly be slot/KR/PR guys -- I think there are several players that we could legitimately have a shot at for a reasonable price.

I think Malcolm Floyd is a product of Phillip Rivers throwing to him but he could surprise me. He's a great redzone target but I don't see him as anything more than a #3 on a good offensive team.

I'm all for Floyd also.

He's really inconsistent. He had a chance to be great last year with Jackson holding out, but he had a few good games, but was a non-factor in others.

That sums up well what a good #3 WR does.

Problem is he was injured in a lot of games. For most of the games he played healthy in, he did very well.

Unfortunately he would probably be a #2 with us. I'd rather get a guy like Steve Smith[NYG] who is very consistent. 2 years ago he had 107 catches, and would have had around 75-80 had he stayed healthy last year. Considering he was splitting time with Nicks and Manningham, those are pretty impressive numbers.
Right now, we have no true #1 option. Crabtree has the potential, but he hasn't been consistent enough yet. I'm not saying he can't be the guy, but It wouldn't hurt to bring someone else in to play opposite from him

I like Steve Breaston and Mike Sims-Walker. Santonio Holmes would be my #1 but he re-signed for 5 years 50 mil to the Jets. I wouldn't pay that.
