Not so fast, we still need an o-line.
We definitely need an O-line. However, it's not like we would have a sitting duck back there with Michael Vick. With horrible O-line play, we've been in most of the games with Alex Smith at QB. Now imagine Vick back there. I'm also assuming that Davis will be improved with a year under his belt. He hasn't been all bad this season. He just wasn't ready for the pro game.
Yeah but even a Mike Vick-led team may not be able to overcome 3 or 4 TDs called back due to stupid o-line mistakes. Especially with Mike Vick back there, you know how many holding calls these guys would get?

First off, I was kidding. Secondly, a franchise tag on Vick would not be enough to keep teams away. Two first rounds is a deal for a Franchise QB that can dominate a game. Vick already said he would be willing to give Philly a discount, but if they are smart they will trying and do everything in their power not to let him hit the open market.
Can you imagine Manning and Vick as FA next year? Wow. I wonder if Manning comes with his own offense...
