word is brady isn't gonna resign til after manning does he aint aint taking a lesser deal twice

Very smart on Brady's behalf. Shoot Brady 4 Super Bowl appearances, Manning 2. IMO, Brady should be the highest paid QB in the NFL.

Most of these guys won't even see the market. If we wanted any of the top names, we'd have to trade for them. And if Smith doesn't work out, no doubt in my mind I'd give up a 1st and 3rd round pick for Tom Brady. If that's what it would take to get him. But I think I have a better chance at whipping Manny Pacuiquao's ass than Brady hitting the market. As for Peyton Manning, he'll get a deal done waaaay before March 2nd or whenever free agency starts. Manning is the glue that holds that franchise together.

AB what about Kyle Orton, isn't he scheduled to become a free agent??

dude if Smith doesn't work out this year and either Manning or Brady actually hit the market and were open to coming here I'd send our entire draft for them and give them the highest per year salary in the NFL.

Also, Ive noticed ive left off some players like Merriman, etc... mainly cause they have yet to sign deals.

lmfao... we got a crafty gm here guys
Brady and Moss in Frisco. Now that would be a dream offseason. With everything beyond set on the offense we can turn all draft focus onto the defense.

No it wouldnt. Crabtree is going to be a stud next year. No need for another receiver.

Asamougha and Jared Allen. Now thats a dream offseason

Oooh yah gonna have to disagree with you on that one, we run a 3-4 remember, don't really think Jared Allen would look comfortable there.

Crabtree might be a stud, but he needs be paired up with someone that can stretch the field. Let's face it he's not going to scare opponents going deep. Considering Randy Moss is the best receiver of all time at doing that I think it's a nice pickup. Maybe Ginn pans out and we won't need a burner, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

I'd rather build the defense thru the draft too.

Nothing wrong with building through the draft but If there is a proven pass rusher or CB on the market I would take them over a draft pick given that they are injury free and aren't old.

If you sign Allen then you scrap the 3-4 just like that.

Yup. And I rather keep the 3-4, we're so close to being a top 10 defense, not to mention Manusky IMO has done a very solid job with our D.
