Sorgi has the legs of a 19 year old. If he learned so much from Petyon there would be no hurry to get rid of him. He's not making much and nobody's knocking down their door for him.

Sorgi is nothing special. I never hear people say anything about him developing into anyone special, or even a guy that could eventually start somewhere. The only talk about him is that he's been the biggest dropoff from starter to backup in the league. Nothing against him, how could I have any strong feelings about him after only playing in 16 games in his 7 years in the league. I don't particularly like Carr, but I'd prefer him and his 91 games experience.

Me tooo I hate the idea of David Carr
I hope Carr doesn't go to Arizona since he could be an upgrade over Leinart.

I'd take my chances with that.

the only reason i could see a team signing jim sorgi is to have him tell em everything he knows about the colts (peyton manning) offense.

He's never played a real game in his life. I heard he doesn't even play his guy on Madden.
He's probably learned more by being around Peyton Manning then Carr did playing.
Obviously the Colts didn't see it that way.
Maybe so, or maybe they need think about drafting a youngster to groom. Peyton aint gonna last forever.
I give him 7 more years..they have time

Oh hellz no, Sorgi sucks, I'm willing to bet Nate Davis out plays him with one hand tied behind his back.
Again, if we're looking for another QB, we might as well do it from the draft.

They took Curtis Painter last year and he got more PT than Sorgi did last year. He is the guy sitting behind Peyton now.
