Following Adam Shefters Twitter has been great this free agency. There's been many developments that have been overlooked by the media. Here are a few as of the last 10 hours that are certainly noteworthy.... With free-agent TE Brandon Manumaleuna agreeing to a five-year deal in Chicago, it frees the Bears to trade TE Greg Olsen Panthers released DT Maake Kemoeatu, who tore his tore Achilles in late July. This just in, Tim Couch also visiting so the 49ers can have the first QB core of former first overall picks in the draft that haven't lived up to expectations in NFL history.

"Gibril Wilson will be released today, according to agent Alvin Keels."

Wanted McCloughan to persue this guy a year ago. Wonder why the Dolphins dump him. Has his play really dropped off that much?

just because this story came out doesnt mean the niners havent made any calls to other FAs, maybe Carr was the first one available to come in. Relax my friend
