Continuity = loosing

If who we have isn't right or good enough than keeping them around another season isn't going to fix the problem.

no, changing every single offseason = losing

are you new here? because we change every offseason, and lose every season. continuity is the only thing we havent tried. i know its alot of common sense for the typical board member, but thats our best option.
