Morgan has not proven to be a #2 still and this team lacks a WR who can truly stretch the field vertically, so yes WR should be considered a need. T.O. provides an upgrade, a mentor to our young WR's and a playmaker. His presences forces teams to not stack the box against us, and we have a coach who is no nonsense and will not put up with any antics if he ever decided to pull any which I don't think he will. Buffalo was the worst situation he has been in and he managed to keep his emotions in check.

Totally agree. We could sign him for a 2 year/$6 million dollar deal and that would still be less than we paid Brandon Jones who managed all of one reception for us this year.

it would be a good home coming and considering the mess the Bills were in this year & how awful their offense was, Owens never said a word I think being in Buffalo certainly humbled him. Singletary helped Davis turn his attitude around and I don't think Owens would really create chaos here. Would be a good home coming

I would welcome TO back and would actually welcome him calling our current QB gay. I'd like to see Alex play every game as if he were trying to prove he's not gay.

But TO would be doing this on the bench. Not really good for team chemistry if a backup WR talks trash about the starting QB.

T.O. was a free agent....Terry Donnahoe tried to pull a slick move and trade him, knowing he might leave......he was going to win the case, that is why we traded him to the Eagles (where he wanted to go) for Brandon Whiting ...

TO wasn't a free agent. His agent screwed up and didn't file the league required papers on time and then was able to wessell his way out of the situation and get TO off the 9ers.

TO was a destructive force on this team calling our pro-bowl QB gay and largely b***hing the last two years to get out of San Fran. He's an a-s plan and simple. I can't believe some fans are still on his nuts.

I mean, T.O. was going to win his case for a reason...do you think the NFL felt *sorry* for T.O......haha..no...
