watched game tonite and he was not active...for 2nd straight game....saints dont really need him....would he be available, say for a 3rd rd pick, and if so would niners be wise to grab him? im thinking he could juice up the return game and maybe be a threat in the niners new more open offense...he probably would be an upgrade over coffee as backup to gore

In return game big time. I am sure everyone else has said the same thing. He is a game changer in that aspect and can make some plays in passin game too.

He's exactly what we're missing, a return-man/change-of-pace to Gore.

If we can get Bush in the off-season then that allows us to focus on the OL and a defensive play-maker.

Agree he would be very nice to lock up & help us free up to pick whatever in the draft.

After watching battle and jones fumble away in the return game this year, we really could use Bush. Fumbles on punts have cost us 2 games vs. houston and seattle.

I'd take him in a heartbeat....he'd be an excellent change of pace back working in tandem with Gore. As runners they are almost polar opposites.....Gore an excellent inside runner with so-so speed, and relatively mediocre poor outside runner. Bush is an excellent outside runner, but a poor inside runner. Both are good receivers, but Bush is probably a good deal better than Gore, especially in space.

yeah dude and with a few new o-linemen coming in, there should be no excuse for ANYONE that comes to play at QB. J.T. O'Sullivan could thrive with all of those damn weapons
