Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the uncapped year trigger new rules regarding free agency. Something along the lines of teams being able to franchise up to three players and players with less than 6 years becoming restricted agents. It was supposed to elimiate up to 200 players I heard.

if Hill isn't that great this year I wouldn't mind giving Campbell a 2 or 3 year deal.. he has potential just to much coaching change in Washington, could use a fresh start

just found this and thought it was funny:
"When Lions head coach Steve Mariucci was fired by general manager Matt Millen, Lions cornerback Dré Bly told Rich Eisen in an NFL Total Access interview that he blamed Harrington for the dismissal of Mariucci.[18] Bly later apologized to the Lions, but not to Harrington"

Bryant is the former Niner who I wish we had back.

DeMarcus Ware will never hit the FA market... Cowboy's would be mentally challenged to let that monster go

Isn't Mankins a free agent? Why isn't he on the list?
He's priority #1 for me. If we want to be a running team, we need to have an o-line where we can just plug in guys if needed and have them produce. I'm talking about lines at the level of New Orleans, Tennessee, Baltimore, Denver.

Offensive FAs
Top Quarterbacks
Jason Campbell(27) - nice QB. Just plays in a really tough division.
Top Wide Receivers
Vincent Jackson(26)
Braylon Edwards(26)
Isaac Bruce, San Francisco 49ers (36) - possible resign
Chris Chambers, San Diego Chargers (31)
Top Offensive Linemen
Marcus McNeill(25) - will cost a lot but would solve RT woes.
David Baas, San Francisco 49ers (27) - possible resign.
Donald Penn, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (26) - cheap RT solution, lot less than McNeil.
Elvis Dumervil(25) - a rising star in the 3-4. Should get a real nice contract if Denver lets him test the waters.
Derrick Burgess, New England Patriots (31) - shows ability to stand up OLB in 3-4. Being north of 30 means he will be cheap.
Marcus Spears, Dallas Cowboys (26) - might be upgrade to ICE.
Top Defensive Tackles
Vince Wilfork(27) - pricey NT upgrade
Richard Seymour(29) - definite upgrade over ICE.
Casey Hampton(31) - pricey NT upgrade
Aubrayo Franklin, San Francisco 49ers (29) - possible resign. Has played better than webzoners give credit.
Top Linebackers
DeMarcus Ware(27) - prepare to throw a lot of cash Jed.
Shawne Merriman(25) - prepare to throw a lot of cash Jed.
Karlos Dansby(28) - TED linebacker?
Angelo Crowell, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (28) - TED Linebacker?
Larry Foote, Detroit Lions (29) - TED linebacker?
Top Cornerbacks
Leigh Bodden, New England Patriots (27) - good addition if Walt and Dre' walk.
Dre’ Bly, San Francisco 49ers (32) - possible resign.
Stanford Routt, Oakland Raiders (26) - cheap corner if there is such a thing.
Top Safeties
O.J. Atogwe(28) - awfully quite this season?
Nick Collins(26) - decent FS option.
Ko Simpson, Buffalo Bills (25) - can play free or strong. Wanted him but niners took Brandon Williams instead.
Roy Williams, Cincinnati Bengals (29) - bring him back home to the bay?
Target some from the above list.
