Believe it or not I'd take Terrell Owens back, give me anyone of those top tier NT's and pay DeMarcus Ware what he wants if hes not franchised. If not we take a little cheaper route and take Merriman.

cosigned. how many of those guys will be fa if we have an uncapped year though, where you need 6 years in the nfl to become a free agent?

Looks good but I'd hate to give Crabtree and Dallas the benefit of the doubt.

Man, I am leaning that way. He is useless to the Niners this year. Save the money and pay for someone who has done something in the NFL.

QBs -
Jason Campbell(27) Intriguing but no (we'd draft one before signing one IMO)
We might draft another backup or sign one if Alex is cut
RBS -
Chester Taylor, Minnesota Vikings (29)
Leon Washington, New York Jets (27)
Would take either of these 2 but probably not going to happen since our 3rd RB is a special teams player (MROB)
Top Wide Receivers -
Isaac Bruce, San Francisco 49ers (36) resign for a year if he doesn't want to retire
Don't think we will sign any more WRs especially if Crabtree signs
Top Tight Ends -
Don't need any
Top Offensive Linemen
Marcus McNeill(25)
Would pay top dollar and save a draft pick
Top Defensive Ends
Julius Peppers(29)
Aaron Kampman(29)
Would take either of these 2 but probably Kampman because he wouldn't cost as much.
Top Defensive Tackles
Vince Wilfork(27)
Casey Hampton(31)
Wilfork is priority #1 because he is younger, if Hampton would sign a 3-5 year deal or less I would go for it. The shorter the deal the better. Wilfork, I would give a longer deal to.
Top Linebackers
DeMarcus Ware(27)
Shawne Merriman(25)
Karlos Dansby(28)
Kirk Morrison(27)
DeMeco Ryans(25)
Thomas Davis(26)
Derrick Johnson(26)
D’Qwell Jackson(25)
WOW THATS A LOT OF TALENT THERE. I would take any one of those guys to play along side Willis but Spikes has a few years left. Most will get resigned/franchised.
Top Cornerbacks
I am fine with CBs, possibly resign Dre Bly
Top Safeties
I am fine with Goldson but in case I would take:
Nick Collins(26)
Michael Lewis is fine, dont see many improvements out there.

A lot of notable names on that list I expect to get extension during the season. Shocked to see a few starting LT's, 3-4 OLB's, and WR's will be free agents.
