if the player has an OUT designation, they should be allowed in the IR spot. if the user fails to remove a player from this IR spot after the player is upgraded and keeps him stashed there thru the kick off of the game he was scheduled to play, they forfeit that weeks points (and victory if needed)

the only thing I hate is putting a player designated out in IR when it's one game. Because it just makes it easy for them not to make a move and cut someone.

But this year I've seen more players not going on IR but missing multiple weeks.

Im fine with anything as long as the majority is good with it.
