I'm gonna be honest with you 4ML. I don't think there is a worse starting running back in the NFL than Julius Jones.
Cedric Benson, maybe comes close though.

I can't believe this guy fell this far, and while I have a lot of bodies at WR, I can't pass him up here- he was the other guy I was debating about taking in the 19th.
With his last pick in the draft, TheSixthRing selects Nate Burleson, WR, Seattle Seahawks.
I stay away from him and Branch. Injuries.
Burleson's week 1 season ender was the first major injury of his career. He's played all 16 games in 4 of his 6 seasons, and the other was 12. I don't think he's injury prone, and his numbers in 07-08 were fantastic. All reports are that he's looked great in training camp. I think he can put up some great numbers as Seattle's # 2. We will see.
I've been reading he is their #3 though.
I think he bumps Branch at some point earlier than later, either through play or through injury.

lol...I don't disagree with you but he is a starter. Which means, he will get 18-20 carries a game...and he can catch. He could be the s**ttiest back in the league, but if he is the best back on his team...if he is gettin' 22-25 touches a game, he is worth something in a fantasy league. Plus, I need him for a total of 1 week baring injuries, he will play Rams twice.
...and zone blocking made Peyton Hills a quality back. Now, Seahawks won't be able to zone block like the Broncos, but this is the system where an idiot like Julius Jones can succeed. One cut and run up...can't be too hard even for him.

I'd actually take JJ over Benson, Jamal and FWP (75% of the AFC north
) and whoever N.E. and ARI trots out there.

I wouldn't take Julius Jones over Jamal Lewis or Willie Parker. No way in hell.
When you get benched for Maurice Morris midway through the season. Then you suck.

But, there is no Morris in Seattle anymore. As long as Julius was the starter, he was having a fine season. He put up 120+ yards against both the niners and the rams.
Has either team improved their front 7 from last year? Not really. I guess Rams have added a LB but that's about it. The guy was on pace to rush for 1000 yards for his first 3 years, and is still young. He ain't that bad as you guys are makin' him out to be.
If Mora's meaning of "workhorse" is same as mine, I think he gets 20+ touches (rushing and receiving) a game. I'll take my chances with that.

lol...week 7, I think that's when his bye is. Pick him up again for couple weeks against the Lions and Rams.
Question is, who is going to be a FA first...Hightower or Julius?
