He's the most honest 49ers reporter. Like his father Lowell Cohn he is not afraid to ask the TOUGH questions. Lynch, Shany and York get tough questions from the Cohn's and they deserve it. I like his podcasts that he does with his Dad especially.

Yup. The only time I read anything about Cohn is when people link his articles on here bashing him, unknowingly making him money by spreading his bs.

I'm fine with Grant. Even though he is irritating, he understands the 49ers draft needs. Unlike the LAME AS*ES at PFF who want the 49ers to select a cornerback. When cornerback IS NOT A FREAKING NEED FOR THIS TEAM!

Lowell? Are you talking about LOWELL COHN??? As in "Joe Montana is a BUST" Lowell Cohn? As in "Joe will never win another Super Bowl" Lowell Cohn? The same Lowell Cohn who was forced to print a PUBLIC APOLOGY to Joe Montana? That Lowell Cohn?

Lowell Cohn was full of shirt. Without the "r." He was known as Lowell Clown for years. He worked during a time when there were very few media sources. The SF Chronicle was a "must read" rag. Featuring non other than columnist Lowell Clown.

I remember those days of the Sporting Green. The sports section alone would number 25-30 pages on Mondays. I had to plop down a lot of coin for that rag in 1981. 50-cents was a bit of money. The Fresno Bee, for comparison, cost 15-20 cents.
