How come this guy never had an offer to be a head coach? His age or what? Considering Mike McCarthy got a head coaching job after being an OC for the worst team in the league at the time it amazes me that the Colts assistant coaches don´t get head coaching jobs.

Maybe Tom Moore has no inclination to be a head coach. In order to become a HC, you have to want to be a HC.

This. And to add it's very possible he has received interest from teams in the past and has informed them he had no interest to be a HC, we don't know if he was ever offered. Some guys are happier with their current role than taking on the much more stressful and time consuming job of being a HC.

Yep...i remember hearing (a few years ago) that he has no desire to be a HC
