Other than the Cowboys claptrap, I enjoyed the show. Hawkins looked pretty good. He's definitely very fast and could be a special teams standout, but Holley was clearly the best player on the show. After about the third episode I knew he would be the winner. He just made a lot of plays and stood out from the rest. He also never had a bad day while even Hawkins had that crucial fumble in the last "big game." I will be curious to see if he can stick with the Cowboys. I guess he used to be on the practice squad for the Bengals, and he was cut there - that's not a good omen for the Cowboys.
I 've met Jesse Holley, we go to the same church.. Really nice guy i wish him the best.
But when ever the cowboys play the niners i told him i gotta root against him. lol
Just in case you're curious (I was), he made the Cowboys practice squad.
Cowboys signed WR Jesse Holley, OG Travis Bright, QB Rudy Carpenter, TE Scott Chandler, FB Julius Crosslin, DE Marcus Dixon, WR Manuel Johnson, and CB Mike Mickens to their practice squad.
Anyone see Holley's touchdown vs the Vikings? Great awareness to pick that ball up and ended up with a long TD kick return. Actually, now that I rewatch it it was pretty dangerous picking that up with guys around.
