According to Dave Spadaro, who covers the Philadelphia Eagles, defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois is currently visiting the NovaCare Complex in West Philadelphia. The NovaCare Complex is the practice facility and corporate office of the Eagles.

Yesterday, Jason La Canfora of CSB Sports said that he would be very surprised if Ricky Jean Francois left his visit with the Eagles without a new deal.

The Eagles have already signed former San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Isaac Sopoaga.

Reinforcements may be on the way for the injury-stricken San Francisco 49ers. Head coach Kyle Shanahan is optimistic that the team will get wide receiver Deebo Samuel back next week — at least for practices. The coaching staff will use those practices to determine if the second-year receiver is healthy enough to play on October 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles. They tied the also-winless Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday with a final score of 23-23. Doug Pederson and his squad will continue to look for their first win of the season when they travel to Levi's Stadium to play the 49ers. San Francisco opened the week as six-point favorites in the upcoming matchup, according to BetMGM. Nick Mullens started at quarterback against the Giants and, depending on Jimmy Garoppolo's status, could
