The San Francisco 49ers brought in the following four players for workouts on Monday, according to the NFL transaction wire, which also recorded the team's tryouts:
Sudfeld is a familiar face for 49ers fans. The quarterback spent the 2021 season on San Francisco's roster before joining the Detroit Lions for the next two seasons.
Additionally, the 49ers reached an injury settlement with defensive end Bradlee Anae, officially removing him from injured reserve and the team's roster. Anae, who signed with San Francisco on August 4, was placed on injured reserve a week later on August 11.
