Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring) was among several players to leave Sunday's practice with an injury. He did not return to the practice field on Tuesday, following a day off on Monday.
Deebo Samuel is still sidelined as he recovers from a Jones fracture, Richie James Jr. (hand) is expected to miss part of the season, Jalen Hurd landed on injured reserve after suffering an ACL injury, and Travis Benjamin opted out of the 2020 season.
San Francisco has three more practices scheduled for this week.
